Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by The Tea Thief, North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand.
2. Eligibility
Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over only. Employees of The Tea Thief, InSinkErator NZ, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. Promotional Period
The giveaway opens at midday (12pm) on Monday 20th July 2026 and closes at midday (12pm) on Monday 27th July 2026, New Zealand time. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
4. How to Enter
→ Follow & Comment: Comment on the official giveaway post on Instagram and tag a friend. Each valid comment counts as one entry.
→ Shop Online: Place an order through theteathief.co.nz during the giveaway period and automatically receive two entries.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one InSinkErator H3300 Boiling Filtered Water Tap (winner's choice of Chrome, Brushed or Black finish), one Tea Thief Multi flask, and two Tea Thief teas (Tickety Brew and Cool Brew). Total approximate prize value is upto $1,800 NZD, based on current RRP.
6. Installation Not Included
The prize includes the H3300 unit, NeoTank and standard fitting kit only. It does not include professional installation, plumbing, electrical work, or any associated labour costs. Installation must be arranged by the winner, at their own expense, by a suitably qualified tradesperson.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly drawn within 5 working days of the giveaway closing. The draw is final.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by email. If unreachable within 2 weeks, The Tea Thief reserves the right to redraw. The winner may be announced publicly by first name or instagram handle only.
9. Prize Delivery
Delivery to a valid New Zealand address only. The Tea Thief and InSinkErator NZ are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once dispatched.
10. Scam Awareness
The Tea Thief will never ask for payment or banking details to claim a prize. If in doubt, contact hello@theteathief.co.nz.
11. Personal Information
Information collected will be used to administer the giveaway and, where opted in, for Tea Thief marketing. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
12. General Conditions
The Tea Thief reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify anyone who tampers with the process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
13. Changes
The Tea Thief reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
