Cozy, smooth and full bodied, reminiscent of autumn.
Pu-erh (pronounced poo air) is a tea that’s taken its time. It begins life as sun-dried green tea, then gently matures into something deeper, richer and beautifully mellow.
Although its not technically a black tea, Pu-ehr shares many of the qualities loved about black tea, warmth, depth and body, just with a smoother, softer finish. Less bite, more balance.
Like fine champagne, true Pu-erh only comes from one place, China’s Yunnan province, where it’s been crafted for centuries. Its character develops through natural post-fermentation, giving it that distinctive earthy richness and comforting feel.
Age matters here. Just like vintage wine, Pu-erh varies in flavour and value depending on when and how it’s made.
Gong Ding means imperial and Jin Hao refers to the golden tips of the leaves, a sign of quality and care. This Shou Pu-erh is a standout, beautifully crafted, deeply satisfying, and proof that exceptional tea doesn’t have to be precious or overpriced.
Easy to drink, kind on the tummy, and perfect when you want something calming but still quietly energising. This is the tea you reach for after meals, on long afternoons, or whenever coffee feels like too much.
Slow, steady and seriously good.
